30 Day Burn Tone Build Challenge

A 30 day challenge dedicated to burning fat, toning your body and building confidence. Each day, Alexis will lead you on a 45 minute workout with good music, posture cues and motivational talks. Each video will be focused on getting your heart rate up through cardio exercises. This challenge is complete with recorded & live calls with our dietitian and eating disorder mentor and a 30 day tone your mind journaling challenge. By the end of the month, you will see and FEEL massive difference in your mind and body.

14 Day Ab Challenge

A 14 day ab challenge to sculpt your mid section and strengthen your core. These workouts are 20 minutes long, but they are killer. By the end of the challenge, your abs will be more defined and your overall strength will improve. Increase your stability and feel more empowered to live from a place of trusting your gut. This is a warriors challenge favorite in our community.

30 Day Full Body Sculpt

A 30 day challenge to strengthen and tone your entire body. Exercises will work out your arms, shoulders, back, legs, butt and core. Each video builds on the one before so you can see and feel your progress daily.

10 Day Butt Camp

A 10 day butt camp that will strengthen your butt, legs and calf muscles. Learn to push through that burn that means you're getting stronger. Alexis will be there every step of the way.

21 Day Self Care Challenge

21 days of journaling, 21 days of relearning how to take care of yourself. Each day you will receive a new prompt to guide you in healing your relationship with you, manifesting your dreams and learning to love spending time with yourself.

12 Day Gratitude Challenge

Gratitude is a workout too. In this case our brain is the muscle and exercising it can lead to an elevated life experince. This 12 day challenge will guide you in cultivating more gratitude in your life. From gratitude texts to thanking yourself, this challenge will teach you how to develop your own gratitude practice. This is a warriors community favorite.
